Simon founded Odyssey in 2005 and has over 40 years' continuous experience in the industry. He spent the first five years of this within local government before undertaking a successful career in consultancy.

Whilst Simon now spends most of his time managing the business, he continues to maintain a hands-on role within the company, specialising in unlocking development sites from a highways and transport perspective.

Brian is a founding member of Odyssey and has over 40 years of experience in the design and construction industry, as well as the development industry. He is a chartered engineer and has worked for large and small consultants in the UK and overseas, and served clients in both the private and public sector.

Brian enjoys coordinating design projects from concept, through the planning process and onto detailed design from a commercial, financial and resource standpoint.

Mark is an Equity Partner at Odyssey and has 20 years' experience in providing transport and traffic engineering solutions on behalf of our clients. He is experienced in providing highways and transport advice for a range of land uses including residential, nationwide bio-gas fuel stations and healthcare/hospital redevelopment projects.

Mark leads the transport offering across the business working closely with wider transport, water and infrastructure colleagues to effectively deliver projects.

Luke is experienced in delivering infrastructure projects at all stages from concept design through to construction. During his career, Luke has worked across a wide range of areas to deliver schemes for Local Authorities, National Highways and residential developers.

Luke heads the infrastructure offering at Odyssey with a specific focus on the delivery of large-scale residential developments at the Reserved Matters and detailed design/construction stages of development.

Gerald has significant experience within the planning process with regards to flood risk and has an excellent record in completing projects on time and budget.

Gerald is the water (flood risk and drainage) lead at Odyssey and advises on both schemes at the development planning and detailed design stage.

Mike is a Transport Planner with over 25 years' experience and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation.

Mike is knowledgeable in highways and transportation matters relating to both private and public sector projects, from initial concept of a scheme through to planning permission.

Mike is responsible for managing the transport team including day-to-day aspects of projects and retaining involvement in the technical design and assessment of development schemes.

During his career, Mike has been involved in a variety of projects throughout the UK and Eire, collaborating with fellow professionals on a wide range of schemes including retail (food and non-food), residential, employment, education, leisure, fast-food restaurants, and motor facilities.

Bukola (Bukky) has worked in the civil engineering field for over 15 years. He is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Member of the Institution of Highway Engineers and has a wealth of experience in developing and managing Civil Engineering teams as well as mentoring staff through ICE training.

Previously Bukky worked for WSP and Balfour Beatty in senior roles leading the development and delivery of engineering projects. He also worked for Isle of Wight Council's Highways PFI contract management team overseeing many projects including Odyssey's ongoing Pan Development.

Tor has a wealth of experience in risk planning and management, operational delivery, flood risk and environmental management with over 18 years in both the private and public sectors in the UK and internationally.

Previously, Tor worked for Surrey County Council and Hampshire County Council managing teams dealing with flood risk strategy, flood investigations and enforcement, and community engagement/resilience and logistics. Prior to this Tor held several varied posts including setting up his own business in the Middle East and serving in the British Army Reserve.

Tor is part of Odyssey's Water Team and works closely with Gerald Guma and other colleagues, to deliver a raft of varied projects.

Stefanie has over 20 years' experience in the field of transport planning and has a specific focus on travel planning. Stefanie acts as the lead Travel Plan Coordinator at Odyssey and manages a portfolio of TPC schemes.

In addition to the Travel Plan Coordinator role Stefanie's duties range from providing pre-application advice to liaison with local authorities to the production of documents in support of planning applications. She is experienced in developing transport strategies for large sites as well as post application advice such as S.106 agreements and the discharge of planning conditions.

Hoa has over 20 years' experience working in both academia and industry (both in Vietnam and the UK). Hoa has played a key role in the development of preliminary and detailed design for a number of schemes that comprise all sizes of residential, academic and commercial developments for both private developers and public councils.

Hoa's specialisms include drainage advice, highway design, external works and detailed drainage design for highways, primarily as part of residential and commercial developments. This work has included preparing packages for successful S.104, S.106, S.185, S.278 and S.38 Agreements.

Sam has worked on a significant number of residential and commercial projects ranging from smaller bespoke schemes to larger multi-phase developments including both Reserved Matters applications and detailed design/construction support.

Sam is experienced in supporting clients at pre-bid stage by completing site appraisals, and managing schemes from pre-planning to Technical Approval and construction.
