HH79: a 79-mile challenge for Duchenne UK

Our Partner Ryan Saul and his family are taking on HH79 for Henry’s Hills, their family fund for Duchenne UK.
HH79 is a 79-mile team challenge from Inkpen to Hayling Island. The distance stands for the 79 exons of the dystrophin gene. By completing all 79 miles together, the team aims to raise funds for Duchenne UK and support its work towards a breakthrough therapy.
The challenge runs over the early May bank holiday weekend:
- Friday 1 May to Sunday 3 May: the Wayfarer’s Walk, in three parts
- Monday 4 May: the Hayling Island family hike
A running team is covering the route too, with some runners taking on 35 miles and others the full 79 miles in one continuous effort.
