Lower Acre development, Eastleigh

Odyssey has supported Eastleigh Borough Council in gaining planning permission for the first residential parcel at One Horton Heath. The scheme, known as the Lower Acre, will deliver 381 new homes in Eastleigh.

Odyssey’s input comprised a Flood Risk Assessment, Drainage Strategy, Levels Design, and CDM Designer Risk Assessment. Engagement with the Lead Local Flood Authority ensured the development meets the necessary SuDS and flood risk requirements.

We are pleased to have contributed towards the flagship development, and look forward to following the progression of the Lower Acre development.
