Mindenhurst, Deepcut, for Cala Homes

The project is the first Parcel of the former Deepcut Barracks site to be developed. The sites provide 215 new dwellings, roads and open space. The construction works are still ongoing but the first occupancies have now taken place.

Odyssey was involved in the project from the Reserved Matters Application phase, where we provided both Transport Planning and Infrastructure input for the scheme. Odyssey was also appointed as the Civil Engineer for the Scheme and we continued the designs to the construction phase.
