Mixed-use development, Henley Gate, Ipswich

Construction is under way on Henley Gate in Ipswich. The scheme is a mixed-use development comprising up to 1,100 residential dwellings, a local centre, community centre, primary school, sports facilities, country park, visitor centre and allotments. Odyssey has provided, and continues to provide, Section 278 works and onsite transport, highways, flooding and drainage design.
