Michael Shwartz Group appointed Odyssey to advise on highways, transport, drainage and flood risk for a planning application for 600 homes with commercial and community uses.

Odyssey continues to support the client with reserved matters and discharge of conditions applications, and with the Section 38 and Section 278 highway applications for the design of the masterplan highway layout.
