Gleeson Land appointed Odyssey to prepare a Flood Risk Assessment and Drainage Strategy, together with a Pluvial Flood Study, to secure planning approval for 67 homes.
The Pluvial Flood Study used hydraulic modelling to demonstrate that the surface water overland flow route could be accommodated within the development masterplan, without increasing flood risk to or from the site.
