Odyssey has worked on the former Slade End Farm site since 2006, on behalf of Berkeley (St Edward/Joseph) Homes. We provided the initial masterplanning work and the highways, transport, drainage and flooding input to the outline application, which secured planning permission for 600 homes and a primary school.

Reserved matters applications have followed. For the final phases, 4 to 6, Odyssey provided highways, drainage and civil engineering support. Those applications were approved in November 2023.
