Odyssey was appointed to support David Wilson Homes on this 400-home site and its major road infrastructure, the GNLR. The scheme also includes an extension to Grove Primary School, a spine road, a bridge, a roundabout and Section 278 junctions. The site is being built in phases, with preliminary works under construction.

We have provided, and continue to provide, reserved matters support across our disciplines, including flood risk, transport and infrastructure, with fluvial and pluvial hydraulic modelling. We are also providing the detailed designs through to construction.
