Odyssey acted as highways and transport consultant to Criterion Capital for a 350-unit apart-hotel on land next to the Docklands Light Railway, previously used as a car park.
We prepared a Healthy Streets Transport Assessment and liaised extensively with officers at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Transport for London (TfL).
Our brief included designing a highway layout to accommodate TfL buses, allowing for the phased implementation of the scheme and its integration with the wider masterplan for the Blackwall Reach development.
