Taylor Wimpey South Thames appointed Odyssey to support the reserved matters application for this scheme of 370 homes.
We provided the designs for highways, lighting and drainage, the surface water modelling and preliminary levels across the site, updating them several times to suit revised site plans following consultation feedback and comments from the council.
Wealden District Council’s planning committee approved the application.
