Thakeham instructed Odyssey to carry out fluvial (river) hydraulic modelling to support a planning application for residential development.
Environment Agency mapping shows the site within Flood Zones 2 and 3, so we carried out detailed site-specific modelling to establish the flood extents and levels.
The modelling showed that the entire site lies within Flood Zone 1, increasing its developable area.
