Levels and earthworks assessments

The levels of a site determine how much material has to be excavated or brought in, which has a direct effect on cost.

Odyssey designs and advises on levels and earthworks. Using the surveyed existing ground levels and the proposed design surfaces, we calculate the volumes of cut and fill and optimise the site levels to reduce cost and improve buildability.

Our input ranges from a high-level overview to a detailed assessment. On phased sites we can reassess and refine the earthworks as each phase is built out.
